MAP POLICY
All LELAND FRANCIS products sold in the United States fall under this Unilateral MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy. Maintaining MAP across all platforms allows Leland Francis retail partners to maintain their margins and ensure a fair marketplace.
MAP requirement applies to the advertising of Leland Francis products displayed both inside and outside of the walls of Leland Francis authorized retailers. Leland Francis strongly advises its retail partners to adhere to its MAP Policy in all forms of media, including but not limited to: newspapers, magazines, trade journals, television, catalogs, Internet, newsletters, posters, window signs, flyers, e-flyers, and price tags. Leland Francis products must be approved in advance for any and all store and online discounts. Approval is at the sole discretion of Leland Francis.

Evidence of discounting and failure to adhere to the Leland Francis MSRP & MAP Sales Policies may result in suspension of purchasing privileges at the sole discretion of Leland Francis. Any action that Leland Francis takes as a result of a partner selling below MAP shall be unilateral in nature. By ordering Leland Francis products, you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars with no local or Federal taxes included, and ship from Los Angeles, California. Terms & Conditions of Sale are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Third Party Platforms and Bundles
Customer is not permitted to list Leland Francis products on Amazon, any foreign Amazon affiliate, eBay, or any other third-party e-commerce platform without prior written approval from Leland Francis. If Leland Francis does approve a request to list its products on such a third-party platform, Customer must disclose any and all business aliases or “Doing Business As” names (DBAs) to Leland Francis immediately. Failure to adhere to the procedures described in this paragraph may lead to the termination of Customer’s purchasing privileges.
Payment Terms
All orders must be before shipping.
Method of Payment
Major Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover) or Bank Transfer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes and/or cancellations to orders already placed must be confirmed, in writing, e-mail request at least five (5) business days before the ship date. No verbal or telephone requests for order adjustments are accepted. Order changes and cancellations are at the discretion of Leland Francis
Claims
All claims for quantity discrepancies, damages or lost shipments are the responsibility of the retailer. Any claims
will not be accepted unless made within five (5) business days of receipt of goods.
Returns
Product returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Leland Francis.
